Japan and China have been the countries that note the highest rate of people who commit suicide. Now, that trend is not only popular at Japan and China. It has spread to another country and Malaysia is one of them.People who commit suicide seems very determine to die witout fear. They do not think about their parents.
An Indian girl in Nibong Tebal, Penang was determined to suicide after she received her UPSR result. Can we imaging, a 13 years old girl could hang herself. It is not a good trend and this phonomenon must be stop right now.
Sometimes, films or movies at television can give them the ideas. In addition, it will give them a bad impact to the children. They will try at home. When they grow up, they might practice this whenever they facing the critical problem. So, parents should take extra loving and care toward their children. Do not put over pressure to their children. Let's motivate your children and give them the full support, instead of giving them a pressure and warning.

Genetic Difference
Do you ever think why your face or your appearance looks like your parents' have? The answer is because we have our parents' gene, one from the mother and one from the father. The dominant will win and the recessive one will lose. For example, if your father has the gene that control the white skin but your mother has the gene that control the dark skin. If your father's gene is dominant, you will have the white skin, rather than the dark skin.
God is the Most Great. He create every people with diference fingerprinting. No one in this world have the same fingerprinting, otherwise many problem will be create. The fingerprinting is very useful to indicate the criminal and to detect the identity of a person.
How about the cancer? Many people said that if your parents have serious disease like heart attack or diabetis, you will have high probality to have those too. May be, it is because of the genetic. The same goes to the case of having twin children. If you have ancestor or grandparents or parents or relatives that have twin before this, may be you will have twin too.

Do you ever think why in the past, sporting champions could make many worlds record, but we as the new generation of young sporting athlete, who have a lot of facilities and knowledge can not go beyond them? The main reason is because of our attitude. Today, sporting champions are more likely to be motivated by prize money and the opportunity to be famous rather than to win a match or to break the world records.
It is no doubt that money is very important. Everything that we have done, we want back the payment or reward. Now, the problem is, our athlete tend to be selfish. They need to think not only for themselves, but for the sake of other people and country as well. They aim only for the money. As the result, if they do not get high money or allowance, they will play badly. We can take our football players as the example. They forget that the main objective is to win for the country and make Malaysia proud. People will know Malaysia and this is the best time to prove to other people that Malaysian can do what other people did.
Besides that, some world champions prefer to take drugs in order to maintain their reputation. They do not think about the bad effects that might harm themselves. There is no point to win if they just cheat. Although they can break hundreds of world records, they cheat their fans, referee and the most important, they cheat themselves. May be, it is pressure to make sure that we must get gold medal, otherwise people will laugh at us, but taking drugs is not the best solution. Marion Jones, the world best sprinter, is one of the victims for this case. She had to give back her medals that she won in the last Olympic because people found that she was cheating by taking drug. She had disappointed many people, friend and her country as well. They might be shamed and their winning was not approved.
Teenagers tend to take sports stars, like David Beckham as their idol. They want to be famous and rich like these persons. Seems like sports is one of the short way to gain a lot of money and have a big opportunity to become famous. Even though we do not have skills, at least we have a charming and handsome face. The impact is, there is no quality, but high popularity. Sometimes, they also play badly or not very well, but, because they are well-known and asset for the media to sell their newspaper, the reporter will find another hot story to cover themselves. Consequently, people will easily forget about their failure. Usually, this kind of person will create a lot of problems. If they have mood to play, they will play and win the game. On the other hand, if they are not in their mood, they do not afraid to lose the game because they know that they have thousand of fans who still support for them.

When we mention art, what are the things that cross in your mind? Yes, there are a lot of examples that is referring to the art such that painting, sculpture, literature, theatre and others. Creative artists in the pass were very good in creating the best drawing until all their works could be label as the ‘Work of Art’. They had displayed certain qualities that were unique. It is sad that their achievement was not smoothly followed by young artists today and it is true when people said that there has been a decline in the quality of prize-winning artwork.
The first thing to note is, how the quite ordinary pieces of art can be label ‘masterpieces’ whilst true works of art pass unnoticed? I think that it is reasonable to say that people in the past century are more creative and they tend to draw, write or imaging something clearly. They expressed their full feeling on their painting or poem and dedicated to the person who was very meaningful in their life. They did not care about the money or the payment, but they felt satisfied when people around them appreciated their hard works. William Shakespears is the famous poetry, who had made a lot of poem and story based on what he had experienced before. He was honest in delivering his art works.

Desire vs failure
Do you ever heard about ‘Mat Jenin’? His story was the famous one and it was the best example to prove that desire was not strong enough to make someone success in their life. Desire is the strong wish to have or to something. I totally agree with the statement that failure is proof that desire wasn’t strong enough, based on the fact that action is more important than desire. We are easily to target or aim something, but never think how to get it.
Referred to the stories of many successful persons, it has proved that their dreams were triggered by their desire to be success and change their life. The best thing to note is, they do not stop at that point, but make the rigorous action to make sure their dreams become true. Desire is in our heart and mind while action is the acting, together with efforts that we strive in order to get something. Let take Tan Sri Syed Mokhtar Al-Bukhari, seventh richest person in Malaysia as our example. In his young aged, he wanted to be rich and drive a big car. He determined himself to work hard and started to sell cookies from house to house. He also learned from the beginning and not put the great effort to get what he has today.
After wishing something, we must to plan smartly. If you fail to plan, you actually plan to fail. Smart robbers can be categorized as the intelligent person because they think carefully before they start to rob the bank or ATM machine. They think about how to overcome the security guard and they train themselves to do something quickly and effectively. We as the student must plan our future from now on. For example, try to make the time table and train ourselves to be discipline. Besides that, make our own group study and refer to many references like internet, lecturers or international books to enlarge our knowledge.
Knowledge is the important part that ones must have if he or she wants to be success. Desire is not enough to bring us to the bright future, but we must find the knowledge. In addition, it is more valuable than wealth. Knowledge will guide us to the right path and it is useful to determine what is right or what is wrong. My Rigorous Effort in Improving English
English is one of the crucial language that all of us must to empower. It does mean that we must to ignore Malay language and look down on it. It is for the sake of knowledge and to improve ourselves to be better than before. It is no doubt that we must to empower this language because all of the materials (reference books) are in English. If we are not good in English, we might find it difficult to read some books.
In order to improve my English (Reading, Listening, Writing, Speaking), the first thing that I have done is reading English newspaper. When I was in secondary school, I prefer to read Malay newspaper than English newspaper. It is easier and faster. After been advised by my lecturers, I started to buy English newspaper and Reader's Digest. I need to change my perspection and my behaviour. At first, I need at least two days to finish reading the newspaper. Many works had to do such as finding some bombastic word from dictionary and there are a lot of waord that I could not understand. I determined myself to read it and now, I only need one day to finish reading it. Besides refered to the dictionary, I also asked my friends if I do not understand some sentences or words.
I am very week or not good in Listening part. I became very scared if my lecterur held Listenung Test. I practised my ears to hear English songs and tried to translated them into Malay. I also tried to open all the websites that my lecterer gave. My favourite website is http://www.esl-lab.com/. I almost finish done that task. When I have opportunity to going home, I will stay up to watch Nigthline and watch some English movies. Sometimes, I do not understand what does the caster said, but I still hear and let my myself become familiar with their slank.
In IKAL, my friends and I try to speak English everywhere. Although we speak broken English, I think all of us must continue to speak in English without shy to do mistakes. For writing part, I practising myself to read as many books as I can. Sometimes, the articles that I have read can be the good examples for me to learn and copy. I always look how to write a good introduction and improve my vocabulary. I also always update my blogger because this one of the best way to all out our ideas and make us thinking when writing.
All of these effort are very important, not only for me to score in IELTS, but it will help me in my future. I hope my lecturers and friends will help me in order to improve my poor English.

My Eid Experience
This year, my Eid became very adventure. I did not have opportunity to ‘sahur’ at home and I broke my last fasting at home for the first time. I arrived at Kangar around 4 p.m from Kuala Lumpur in the evening before Eid. My parents were very excited and my mother cook my favorites food that evening. My family and I would celebrate our Eid at our house, in Taman Beseri Jaya.
It was a bright morning. I woke up early and took bath. After iron my ‘baju kurung’, I helped my mother prepared ‘ketupat, rendang, and laksa’. Usually, we would eat some food before we went to the mosque. All of our family prayed Eid prayer. There were a lot of people and I felt very exultant to meet many people from all walks of life. We hugged and greeted each other. After that, we went to my grandparents’ house, which located at Arau and Pendang, Kedah. I also met my cousins there. It was a great moment since I did not met them for a long time. Therefore, many stories came out.
At second day of Eid, we just wait at home. Many people came to my house and most of them were my parent’s friends. Although I already 19 years old, I still get a lot of money because most of them thought I was in secondary school. May be, this is advantage to has a small body and cute face.
But, I felt quite worried because my final exam was just around the corner. It was hard since I still in Eid mood and many interesting programmed at television. I made decision to went back to UNITEN early in order to prepare for my final exam.

New World
Here, it is totally different. Let us forget about our sweet memory in secondary school and let begin our new journey. It is not longer easy and it required a lots of sacrifice from us. We need to learn and accept the changes that happen in our life now. Many changes will happen and we must quickly try to adapt with this hard situation. If we are the person who like to wait for the 'spot' questions before the exam, just forget it or if you are the person who like your bed very much and always punctual laiding on your bed at 12 a.m, may be you must also forget this ruoutine.
As we grow up, there are many things that will turn very crucial. Everyday, we go to class, and absorb many difficult things. Sometimes, may be we can't no longer stand for it. Feeling tired, hungry, and others. One of the best thing to realise is, seeking for knowledge is one of 'jihad' and the reward for 'jihad' is paradise. So, of course there is no 'short-cut' way to go 'there'. As the student, this is our responsibility and we must take it as the challenges.
We can't no longer depend or pamper at our lecturer and aspect them to give everything to us. We must active in the class and if there is something that we do not understand during the class, quickly put up your hand and ask the lecturer. If you have extra time, try to consult with your lecturers. Friends are very important while living here. It is better for us to make a study group. Discuss the topics that you quite not understand and make it clear as soon as possible. We must to burn our midnight oils and stay up in order to finish up our assignment or ready for the next quiz. If you always got the highest mark and became the best student in your school before this, now ready to face with the real world. You may find difficulty to get the higher mark, but take it as the challenge. Do not feel sad for the entire day.
So, we must to be mature and we will learn something from this long journey. Remember our reward, 'jannah'!

Films in Malaysia
Do you still remember P.Ramlee, a legend actor, singer, director, composer, film maker and joker? Of course all of us can not forget his face, his great films and his melodious songs. Although he had passed away for a long time ago, we still watch his film and hear his songs. What are the recipes in his films? He made a funny movies, but contain a lot of moral values that we can learned. His movies can be watch by every people from all levels. He made my family stay in front of the television and it was the best time for us because we will laugh. I can watch his movies for many times because all his films are very interesting and my favourite film is 'Bujang Lapok'
So, it was about many years ago. Now, our country also can make a standard film as another country did. We are now trying to use a high technology like 3D, green screen and others in our films. We also got many awards in international level and I am very proud with Jasmin Ahmad, a controversy director of Sepet. She is trying to make difference to our film. Although she was critized by many people, she had proved that she not making a 'cheap' film when two of her films got awards. Same like KRU, they are the young people who looking forward in our film's future. They are brave enough to make a totally different film, Cicak Man. They spent a lot of many while making this film because it used a high technology. But, it was the best film and we will think that this film was done in overseas. Pressure
Sometime pressure is good but sometime it can give severe effect to us. Everyone has pressure in their daily life. As the result, they will moody for the whole day. For this case, we must smart to overcome this problem and take it in positive sight. Pressure can make us think very quickly in the critical time as it generate our brain to become more active than in constant condition.
Student always familiar with the word pressure or tension. They also push by their parents to study hard and get the excellent result. Not enough with school, they also must go to tution at night. All these things can make their children pressure because they already burden with lot of things such as homework, cocuriculum activity and others. At school, their teachers aim them to get as much A's as they can for their exam. So, student actually have many responsibility to fulfill. But, as students we must accept all these as the challenges that will make us tough. We will also learn how to arrange time and choose what thing will be our priority. Malaysia will celebrate its 50'th years anniversary of Independent Day within two weeks from now. Everyone looks very excited waiting for 31 st August. But, not all people realize what the true meaning of independent. Our teenagers outside still loafing at shopping complex, hanging around with their friends, wasting their time. They do not care about thier family, their homework and sometime forget their responsibility as Muslim.
I have a dream that everyone will realize the important of knowledge to ourselves. Only education can change one's life. People with high education and have knowledge always being respect and people will not look down to them. Knowlwdge will make people know what is truth and what is wrong. Even, if we want to sell 'nasi lemak', we have to have knowledge. We must know how to calculate money, learn to attract customer and have skill how to do 'nasi lemak'. That all need the knowledge.
In order to defent our beloved country and prevent other people from colonize Malaysia, we as the teenager must embedded in ourselves that we will study hard in order to gain knowledge. When we have the knowledge, people who have bad intention will afraid to get close to us because this kind of people know that we are power, intelligent and can detect thier trick.
I have a dream to be a good teacher to my student soon. I want to educate people, share my knowledge with my student. I do not want to see any little children refuse to go to school anymore. I also do not want to hear anybody can not go to school because lack of money. When I be a teacher, I will lend first my money to that kind of student so that they enable to go to school and further their study. I will try hardest to lighten up the society and grow our nation.

Money
Money,money,money,money... Nowadays, people are getting crazy because of money. They will do anything and any ways to get the money. Sometimes, people are easily cheating to get whatever they want and corruption becomes lifestyle in their life. This kind of people think that money can give them pride, power, respect, wealth and happiness. Bacause of money, parents neglect their responsibility to their children, rich people oppress the poor and others.
Money becomes the first priority today bacause the incresing of living cost in our country. Everything has its price. Even, we also need to pay if we order the sky juice. Surprisingly, the books cost are also expensive. People who are can't efford to buy what these books tend to stole or cheating. This immoral attitude bacomes common things in any institution, secondary school or even primary school. Sometimes, the brilliant student do not have enough money to further his/her study because lack of money. They can't effort to pay the registration and buy the books. Now, I know why my mother always persue me to study hard. When we are excellent in our study, we will get a good result and easy to get a job in future.

Friendship
Friendship is a very beautiful relationship. We can be friend with anyone without judge from their appearence or wealth, as long as our friends are good and kind. We can't live alone in this world bacause we need someone to go along with us, person who can give his/her advice and someone who can we trust to share everything, especially our secret.
Today, I felt very exultant because one of my best friend went to Indonesia to further her study. She will going to be a doctor. I sent her at Kuala Lumpur International Airport(KLIA). But, at the same time I felt a bit sad because we can't longer meet each other anymore. I felt very proud to be her friend and I hope I will follow her step.
I have six best friends. We met at our first day in Sek Men Sains Tuanku Syed Putra. I couldn't believe that it was almost seven years we have been friends. We're are become more mature, fasionable, or may be beautiful as time goes on. I remembered the time we studied, ate, played together. We were not selfish and we were always lend someone a hand if one of us had a problem. Life at hostel was not easy as A.B.C. Friend are very important to guide us. We are always studied together and built our peer group learning. Every of us has expert in some subject and we would help others friends by teaching them until they understand. It was privilege to assist our friends bacause we also want everyone can get straigh A's. Here, we can see why friendship is very important to us. It is not only bring happiness, but hopeness and can lead us to success. 2003 was very meaningful to us. Six of us able to get 8 A's in our PMR examination. Again, in 2005, two of us were succesfully got 10 A's while another four got 9 A's. It was a very memorable moment.
Six person means that there are six characters. Hot-tempered, talkative, funny, cool, serious and sensitive were the characters that colours our friendship. It was not going to be easy job to manage this group. Understanding is very important.

Food Health
Food is very important in our life. We eat many kind of food everyday without consider the pros and cons. Scientish are finding that eating two or more foods together may provide a health boost and avoid cancer. We can combine our berakfast, for example cereal with orange juice, which contain vitamin C. More benefits and more efective. Other complementary combination are unpeeled apples with berries, broccoli with tomatoes and turmeric with cauliflower.
Fibre playing the important role in our body as the clean sweepers because it helps in eliminating the waste in our body and lubricate our digestion system. It also prevent cancer and lowering the cholesterol. We can find fibre easily in fruit and vegetable like grain cereal, grain bread, beans, raspberries and others.
Do you ever heard about omege-3 fatty acid before this? It is very essential for lowering blood pressure and risk of heart disease. You can try eating cold water fish like salmon or tuna. Other than that are flaxseed, canola oil walnuts and the famous one is omega-3 eggs.
If you want the strong teeth and bones, so you can take a lot of calcium. But, do not take more than essential because it can creat another problem, obesity.If we talk about calcium, it actually very feminin with milk, yoghurt, cheese and soy milk. This kind of food can prevent us from osteoporosis.

Experience in UNITEN- part 2
I felt like I wanted to cry at my first class last Monday. The first subject that I learned was Physics. It had been almost 1 year and a half I never touched the Physics' books because I was a Biological student in Perak Matriculation College. Alhamdulillah, I got an excellent result and been offered for medical course in UKM. But, I made a very hard decision in my life when I decided to go to UNITEN in order to be a teacher.
I believed that everythting has its own reasons behind it. Here, I want to start a new life. I will accept the challenge to learn Physics from zero. With all the the hardship that I have gone through, I will make sure that my ambition become true.
Before this, I always take for granted when my mother asked me to talk in English at home. Actually, I am weak in English. I always refuse to speak in English with my friend. I will do that if I have oral exam or if I have to go for interview. But now, I am very determine to change myself. A very special thanks I dedicate to Mdm Fatimah and Miss Eliza because they had made me realized something and always encourage me and all my friends. I start speaking English everywhere, buying English materials, reading New Strait Time newspaper that I never done it before and listening to English song. It is quite difficult to me at first, but I will try my best!!

My ambition
I went interview last May in order to be Biology teacher. I love study Biology because we can know many things happen in our body and it remind me that Allah is the Great. But, one day I got the called from BPG, asking me whether I want to be a teacher in speacial education or not. I was very surprised at that moment because I did not applied for that course. Being a Biology teacher is my ambition since I was in Form 4. Finally, I accepted this offer. This is not because I want to go to oversea or I confirmly will get a job if I accept this scholarship. It is because I love to be a great teacher. I forget to be a Biology teacher and start to set in my mind that I will be going to teach people who is might be 'special' to me soon. May be, they are handicap person, but I'm sure they have a very beautiful heart. I'm not a very patient person and actully I'm quite afraid if I will go to pieces while teaching them soon. I know, this will be a great lesson to me. I will learn to build my patince, be kind with everybody and not judge people by looking from their outside. Before this, I always told my friends that I want to teach at the boarding school or MRSM. I want to teach bright,brilliant and excellent pupils. But now, my perspective is totlly change. I start to think that they are many people in this world who want to succedd, want to enter the top universities, but unfortunately they are not capable to do so because of their condition. May be, I'm the one who was chosen by God to guide and help them.About my life in UNITEN, it actully make me very hectic. After finish class in the late evening, I need to be quickly to buy food at the food court. It located near our hostel, but I think it is quite far. My parent always tell me to roll with the punches. It might be a good practise to me when I go to the university soon. Here, I still need to learn Chemistry, Mathematic and Physics. I want to study hard, score in every quiz and get an excellent CGPA in my final examination. It will not going to be an easy job. May e before this, I'm master in Biology. But now, there is no Biology anymore. I need to learn Physics from the beginning. I must have a lot of effort.
Anna and the King
I saw this movie too many times before this. I saw in movie version and cartoon version. But, today I felt very impressed watching this movie. This was my first to watch this version. Anna and the King is such a great story for me. It discovered a story between Anna, an English women and the egois King of Siam. Generally, it tells us about the connection between two person with different countries, culture, custom, belief and lifestyle.
For me, this story gives a lot of moral values. Anna, who has high self-esteem make a decision to be a teacher for the children's King. She is dare and not afraid to give her opinion to the King, eventhough anyone is not afraid to do so. She believe in her self that no matter happen, she will not afraid to anyone as long as she is doing the right thing. Although she just know the King in a short time, she is willing to help him when the King faces with the big problem. She gives everyone a new dimension of life. She is kind with everyone and looks likes a sosial butterfly, who is enjoy and being able to mingle with averyone from all walks of life. She also gives her respect to the King and follow the Siam custom, eventhough she is not like it.
The interesting part is about the King. I think, he make me very impressed with his acting. He can be very fierce, sometimes funny and sometimes childish. He make me laugh and not felt boring while watching this movie. Actully, it is not easy to be a King of a big kingdom like Siam. A King must be a perfect person. Although he doesn't know something, he must act like he knows everything. A lot of things must be consider. At first, he is a stubborn an egois. But, a brave Anna had changed him. He doesn't wants to listen to anybody and thinks he is always right all the time. But, one thing that I like about this King is his spirit and his determine to be a better person. He wants to change his country, his family and himself as well. He realize that literacy can make his dream become reality. He wants to get ahead as the best King in the world. He is ready to accept and addapt the new thing in his daily life.

My hobby
My father always angry to me because I love watching television. It is common for the hostel student. I just watching television in my semester break. If I was in hostel, I did not ever watching television. This is truth, because I think watching television is such a waste time. But, it will turn different when I am at home. I become a couch potato. For my surprised, my electric bill was about hundred when I was on holiday last May, after finished my matriculation programme. But, for my second surprised, my father did not angry to me anymore. May be, he understood that her daugther just has her nose in the books before this.
I will watch television after doing all my chores. It start in the late evening until late night. I like CSI's series. very much. It makes me thinks a lot while watching this series. CSI is about crime investigation series. I will guess the murderer at first, but I will disappointed at last. The murderer must be someone else that I won't expect. It is very exciting series. We can learn a lot of things, such as DNA, biology, phisics, chemistry, sophisticated technology used in forensic and people's psicology.
I like watching television in a silent situation. I want the concentration to understand the story. Anyone can't disturb me. If they do it, I will ignore. I like watching television because I will gain a lot of experience, knowledge and watch the reality that happen in front of us. Watching the handsome and gorgeous actors is not boring. I still like Malay actor. But my favourite actor is Shah Rukh Khan.
I can watch any programme that I want. Even Malay, English, Hindustan, Korean and others. It is an opportunity to see a beutiful scenery in other countries without waste our money. We can make a journey, just stay in front of our television. But, I must to forget it for a while at this moment bacause I am now studying and do my foundation. It is my priority right now. No time to watch it anymore. Just wait, I will get ahead in my life and at that time, I can do anything that I want, and buy anything that I love, especially a sky high television!

My first experience in Uniten
I was very happy when the first time I came to Uniten.It was a very beautiful place, but at the same time I felt a little bit scared.I stared to imagine what kind of friends that I have, how my apartment looks like and many other things.
It is a great experience to be one of this PPOU team.I was very happy to mingle with many friends.All of them come from all walks of life,different place,different school and different kind of language.
I feel comfortable to stay here, in a big apartment with my friendly roomates.
At the first day on my class, I was very determine on that morning.All my roomates woke up early.At 7.15, we waited for the bus.It was my first time I took a bus to class.Luckily, I get caring and sporting lecturers.I hope that I will have a happy life here.

I feel comfortable to stay here, in a big apartment with my friendly roomates.
