Food is very important in our life. We eat many kind of food everyday without consider the pros and cons. Scientish are finding that eating two or more foods together may provide a health boost and avoid cancer. We can combine our berakfast, for example cereal with orange juice, which contain vitamin C. More benefits and more efective. Other complementary combination are unpeeled apples with berries, broccoli with tomatoes and turmeric with cauliflower.

Fibre playing the important role in our body as the clean sweepers because it helps in eliminating the waste in our body and lubricate our digestion system. It also prevent cancer and lowering the cholesterol. We can find fibre easily in fruit and vegetable like grain cereal, grain bread, beans, raspberries and others.

Do you ever heard about omege-3 fatty acid before this? It is very essential for lowering blood pressure and risk of heart disease. You can try eating cold water fish like salmon or tuna. Other than that are flaxseed, canola oil walnuts and the famous one is omega-3 eggs.

If you want the strong teeth and bones, so you can take a lot of calcium. But, do not take more than essential because it can creat another problem, obesity.If we talk about calcium, it actually very feminin with milk, yoghurt, cheese and soy milk. This kind of food can prevent us from osteoporosis.
